Various Porth Cymorth Cynnar teams including Ceredigion Youth Service, Ceredigion Actif, Parenting and Family Support will offer free activities and information stands, they will also be joined by external agencies such as Hywel Dda University Health Board, Dyfed Powys Police and many others.
The Summer Roadshow will offer accessible opportunities to children, young people and their families, community engagement and advice and information for young people who may not be in education, employment or training and promote Welsh culture, healthy living and skills development.

Feelz on Wheelz
Feelz on Wheelz is a mobile youth café and support service staffed by qualified youth support workers. Feelz on Wheelz will operate throughout Ceredigion on a 6 week rota Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
The three venues for the first 6 weeks are: Tuesday 12-6pm at - Felinfach FC, Thursday 12-6pm at - Plascrug Leisure Centre, Aberystwyth, Saturday 12-6pm - Aberporth Village Hall.

The family centres in Ceredigion will be offering open access support throughout the summer. There will be varied free and low-cost activities for families with children up to the ages of 11 in the centres and out in the community.

Ceredigion Warm Welcome Spaces Winter 2023-24 – Google My Maps.
Join piano player Mary Mathews at the Coliseum every Thursday morning from 11am for free.
Each Thursday Mary works through a medley of family favourites. Weaving together songs from shows and films she quickly stirs the memories of time gone by.
Bound by no musical genre or period, Mary explores an eclectic mix of melodic numbers to perform her chosen theme of the week.
Activities and Adventures in Ceredigion's great outdoors
There are plenty of Activities and Adventures in Ceredigion's great outdoors to explore for free. There is something for everyone in Ceredigion with it’s stunning coast and landscapes, the rich wildlife, clean environment and a range of outdoor activities.
Ceredigion Costal Path
The Ceredigion Coast Path is easy to explore in bite sized chunks, with public transport links to return to base after a rewarding day of walking. There are plenty of local walking routes to enjoy too and it’s free for all the family.
Guided Butterfly Walk
Join Paul Taylor, Ceredigion county's recorder, for a guided butterfly walk on Saturday 13th July 2-4pm in Borth. Open to all ages; £5 for adults and those under 14 can attend for free.

Music in the Bandstand
Folk Dancing Aberystwyth Bandstand
There will be traditional Folk Dancing in Aberystwyth Bandstand every Monday 7.30-9.30. All welcome!
Seindorf Arian Aberystwyth Silver Band
Aberystwyth Silver Band will be playing in Aberystwyth Bandstand on the 9,16, 18, 23, 25,30 of July and 6, 8, 13, 20, 22 27 and 29 of August 7.30- 9.15, free to all.
Lampeter Food Fest
This year's Festival is on Saturday 27th July 2024.This year's FoodFest will be hosted once again on the delightful campus of University of Wales Trinity Saint David, in the centre of Lampeter town for free.
Children and Young People’s Library Service

Here are all the restaurants and cafes which are offering 'Kids Eat Free' (or for £1) during every UK school holiday in 2024.
Ask for Henry
Morrisons café is relaunching the ‘Ask for Henry’ initiative. From Monday, July 1st- July 14th, anyone who “Asks for Henry" will get a free jacket potato topped with Beans —no questions asked.

Help with Childcare Costs
Most families are entitled to some financial help towards the cost of childcare. To compare the different choices and find out if you are eligible for support with Childcare costs visit Childcare Choices. Remember to choose Wales as support is different to the England childcare support.
Childcare Offer
During the school holidays, eligible children can receive up to 30 hours a week of funded childcare, for up to nine holiday weeks per annum. This is booked through your online Childcare Offer account. For more information, visit https://www.gov.wales/parents-manage-agreements-childcare-offer-wales.
